The 5-day money-back guarantee, how to use it, and how it relates to your statutory rights.
Every paid tool comes with a 5-day money-back guarantee. You get 5 full days, and the day you buy does not count towards them.
Inside that window you do not have to justify anything. If the tool is not a fit, you get the full amount back to the card you paid with.
How to use it:
When a refund is issued, the licence keys from that purchase are deactivated and the software stops working. A subscription bought in the same purchase is cancelled at the same time.
As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract.
For digital content delivered immediately, the law lets you ask for that immediate delivery and, by doing so, give up the withdrawal right. That is exactly what the checkbox at checkout says, and you cannot buy without ticking it — because the licence key is issued and emailed to you within seconds of payment.
We do not leave you with nothing in exchange: the voluntary 5-day guarantee above applies instead, and it is a contractual promise you can hold us to.
We record the moment you gave that consent, together with your purchase.
You can cancel a subscription at any time. The licence keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is then not renewed.
The 5-day guarantee applies to the first payment of a subscription, in the same way as to a one-time purchase. Later monthly payments are not refunded for a period that has already run — cancel before the next renewal instead.
The free tools cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using them at any time and release the licence from inside the app.
If a payment went wrong, if you were charged twice, or if a purchase never reached you, write to us and we will sort it out — the 5-day window is a promise, not a way of refusing anything that falls outside it.
